Dictation «El gazpacho»

El gazpacho es una sopa fría con ingredientes como el aceite de oliva, tomates, pepinos, pimientos, ajo, pan, agua, vinagre y sal. Suele servirse frío durante los meses de verano y su color varía según los tomates que se utilicen. Éste, se considera un plato típico andaluz, donde el aceite de oliva y los productos de la huerta son abundantes y los veranos muy secos y calurosos. Existen también variantes de este plato, como el salmorejo o el ajoblanco.
